Who we are

MILINA AI, S.L. (Sociedad Unipersonal), Calle Alejandro Dumas 17, 29004 Málaga, Spain, is responsible for the personal information collected on this website. Contact: support@dikoo.fr.

Because we are established in Spain, our processing of personal information is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), whatever your country of residence.

Information we collect

Attorneys: first name, last name, bar of admission, bar number (optional), city, email address and the date of consent.

Individuals: email address, city and the date of consent.

Our hosting provider also records technical information about requests (for example the IP address and time), which is needed to run and secure the website, including to limit abusive use of the form.

How we use it

To add you to the DIKOO waiting list for the United States.

To send you a single acknowledgement email after you sign up.

To contact you by email to let you know if and when the service opens in the United States.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by checking the box on the form, which is never pre-checked. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal (Article 7(3) GDPR).

Technical request information is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Service providers

Only authorized staff of MILINA AI, S.L. can access your information. We use the following service providers, which process it on our behalf:

Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting.

Neon (Neon, Inc., United States): database, hosted in the Frankfurt region (European Union).

Resend (Resend, Inc., United States): sending the acknowledgement email.

This website does not use analytics cookies or third-party tracking tools.

Where your information is stored

Your information is stored in the European Union. Because our service providers are US companies, it may also be accessed from the United States. For these transfers we rely on Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) for companies that participate in it and, where applicable, on standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Article 46 GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your information until the service launches in the United States, and for no longer than 24 months after you sign up. It is then deleted.

You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to support@dikoo.fr.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to support@dikoo.fr. We will reply within one month; this period may be extended in the cases set out in Article 12(3) GDPR.

Depending on where you live, the laws of certain US states, such as California, may also give you rights regarding your personal information. Whatever your state of residence, you can use the rights described above, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
